For your holiday at Villa Palme

CHECK-IN RULES

The Check-in is scheduled at 5:00 pm and the check-out at 10:00. Different times must be arranged with the owners and an additional fee will be required. During the check-in it is required a Deposit, which will be returned during check-out if no damages to the villa are caused by the guests. To book, enter the requested data on the Contact page and we will send you a quote. The acceptance of the reservation will block the calendar, reserving the villa exclusively for those who book. To book, a deposit is required by bank transfer, while the balance will be paid upon check-in. In case of cancellation of the reservation or in case of no show on the day of check-in, the advance deposit will not be refunded. For a comfortable stay we recommend a rental car.

VILLA HAS THE EXCLUSIVE AND PRIVATE USE:

BEDS

5 rooms for 10 beds + 4 additional beds, equipped with TV, air-conditioning in all rooms, sheets, blankets, linen, towels and bath sheets, which can not be used in the pool.

BATHROOMS / Shower

5 bathrooms (1 with Jacuzzi shower cabin).

1 SHOWER / Poolside

Shower aboard pool immersed in the green hedges.

LARGE POOL

Large pool 12 metres x 6 metres x 1.30 metres deep.

Kitchen inside

Kitchen inside the main building, equipped with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric oven, espresso coffee machines, Cappuccino milk maker, kettle, toaster, TV, table for 8 people extendable up to 14 people.

Kitchen outside

Outdoor Kitchen and Living Room Poolside, with barbecue (BBQ) and a relaxing living room, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, machine for coffee: Nespresso and American, mounts for Cappuccino milk, kettle, toaster, TV, wooden table for 8 people extendable to 14 people.

LIVING ROOM

We find a table, lounge, Frau armchairs, a grand piano for a more reserved relaxation.

Large garden with lots of trees and lawn.

FREE PARKING

Large car park with 2 covered parking spaces.
